Mr Shaheryar Khalid, CEO – LEO Consulting was interviewed by Ms Salma Noreen – an accomplished freelancer, trainer and a founding member of Invest INN Pakistan initiative.

The topic of the session circumferenced the methodologies and practical approaches to building and managing high-performing diverse teams. 

Mr Shaheryar shed some light on his existing role as a Team manager where he directly manages a diverse team of 15+ people from different nationalities and countries including both local and offshore offices.
